Well once again the situation calls for another discussion on VIRUSES. With the latest round of viruses, malware and spyware we find ourselves wondering why? Why is my PC infected? In most cases it is self induced. Why? Did you virus check that e-mail from your best friend? Did you virus check that new burned CD, or DVD you got from a close friend? Did you virus check that file you just downloaded from your favorite web site? When was the last time you virus checked your flash drive. Saying no to just one of the above, can and will lead to being infected.

Have you ever virus checked your PC? Of course you have. Those that have not stand a 99% chance of being infected and have a MAJOR CRASH.  Some virus can be very stealth, going about the business of reporting your info quietly. When was the last time you updated your antivirus program?  Some of the more sophisticated viruses can now turn off your antivirus update feature.

With each new generation of viruses and malware, you need to be even more vigilant than before. The latest generations are becoming even more prolific. Some of the new malware can keep anti-fighting spyware programs from opening, preventing you from helping yourself. Unfortunately we are seeing more and more hard drives having to be FORMATED, and it’s back to square one, yep, starting all over and you certainly do not want to go there. So when we find ourselves wondering why, now we know.
